Beautiful apartment situated on the hill in Karon, surrounded by green banana and coconut trees, just 300 meters from Karon Beach, with a beautiful pool overlooking the sea where you can watch breathtaking sunsets while relaxing in the tub with a nice drink.

Our apartment can accommodate 4 adults. All the beds are king-size. The sofa in the living room is very comfortable but does not convert into a sofa bed.
I recommend our apartment for families (I’ve also left some of my daughter’s games for you to use).
We also have an iron, a washing machine, a hair dryer, a toaster, an American-style and an Italian-style coffee maker, a dishwasher, a safe, and bed linens and towels are included.
What makes our apartment unique:
It feels just like home—it’s our cozy nest that we’ve created with care. It’s perched on top of a hill, surrounded and sheltered by lush greenery, far from the hustle and bustle yet close to everything. (beach, 7-Eleven stores, fresh fruit vendors, massage parlors, bars, restaurants, gas station, markets...)

The only rule: we kindly ask that you do not smoke inside the apartment.
Please treat our “nest” as if it were your own home, with love. We have taken the best possible care of the house. Please do the same.
The apartment is fully available to our guests, including the swimming pool, jacuzzi, fitness center, and restaurant, which are secured at night by the security guard at the complex entrance.

For every reservation, we will ask you for a security deposit, which will be refunded after inspection by management at check-out.
For monthly reservations, we charge an additional fee for electricity use of 8 THB/kW, which will be deducted from the security deposit at check-out.
For weekly reservations, there is no extra charge for electricity, and we also include one cleaning service per week.
Cleaning service for long-term stays, including a linen change if desired, is payable directly to the manager, Mr. Scott.
Rent for long-term stays: minimum 6 months, THB 55,000/month
Rent for 12 months: THB 42,000/month
Security deposit: three months’ rent, which will be refunded before departure.
