Our room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable, bathroom had a bath which was perfect for relaxing after a big day of walking.
Close to everything shops , restaurants and station.
Staff were lovely.

The room was great~ nice, firm bed, spacious and clean room. The location was good for proximity to Kyoto Station.
Great luggage storage pre/post checkin. Good breakfast options.
Check-in area is designed to be self-service/automated. The staff that shows up when « help » button is pushed is very helpful. This automation appears left-over from « no-contact » format during Covid. Unfortunately it feels very impersonal. Especially for 4-star hotel.
