Not bad at all! The location in a pleasant neighborhood is a plus. We really appreciated the nearby supermarket.
The accommodation is decent and relatively well-equipped. Having a caretaker on the ground floor who controls access to the building is a good thing.
The interactions with the host were polite, but he really did the bare minimum.
The sofa is incredibly uncomfortable! It's high time it was replaced. The cutlery was minimal. The shower was quite basic. There were a number of minor flaws, but the value for money is acceptable, hence my rating of 8/10.

Location wise, near to airport. Sufficient facilities, easy check in and check out processes
It would be great if washing machine provided. Still, got self dobi downstairs. So ok lah
