Free early check-in and late check-out give you extra time to unwind, and the historic towns of Nevada City and Grass Valley, along with the Yuba River, are only 15 minutes away.
Built in the 1960s, the home features hardwood floors throughout and an open layout connecting the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The well-appointed kitchen has everything needed to prepare a gourmet meal, while the dining area is perfect for festive dinners or lively game nights. The living room includes a large screen TV, while high-speed internet is available throughout the house for both entertainment and remote work. A propane stove provides a cozy focal point during cooler months, and in summer the house stays comfortable with a wall AC unit in the living room and ceiling fans throughout.

We were greeted by the host online and she was so kind, we felt instantly at home when we walked in and the property is so magical..! The Grandkids loved the pond and the back half of the yard too. We will be back in the summer for sure. Thank you again

This is a beautiful property. The home is lovely and the yard area was wonderful for our dogs. The kitchen is the most well stocked I have ever seen in a rental property. There are plenty of spices and all the pots and pans you could need. Host is very helpful and accommodating while the on site caretakers were very friendly. We highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful house. Fully stocked with everything you need. Great back deck. Lawn was very “lumpy”. Very difficult to play games. Other than that it is a great property. Enjoyed our stay.
