Relax on the gracious deck, enjoy open space for outdoor play, and retreat to a three-bedroom, two-bath country home that blends rustic charm with modern comforts. Free early check-in and late check-out give you extra time to unwind, and the historic towns of Nevada City and Grass Valley, along with the Yuba River, are only 15 minutes away.
Built in the 1960s, the home features hardwood floors throughout and an open layout connecting the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The well-appointed kitchen has everything needed to prepare a gourmet meal, while the dining area is perfect for festive dinners or lively game nights. The living room includes a large screen TV, while high-speed internet is available throughout the house for both entertainment and remote work. A propane stove provides a cozy focal point during cooler months, and in summer the house stays comfortable with a wall AC unit in the living room and ceiling fans throughout.
The bedrooms feature cozy, comfortable beds that ensure a restful night’s sleep, accompanied by the soothing sound of the creek outside the windows. The primary bedroom offers a king bed and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third includes two twin beds. Second time staying. Perfect location for relaxing. We spent most of the time outdoors on the swing and across the pond. Fully supplied with everything needed and more. Plan on staying again when visiting family.

Love the property, especially the greenery of the backyard area. Very peaceful, very large patio would be great for a family with kids or a get together of friends. If you’re a cook, this is a great kitchen lots of spices, coffee, dishes for lots of people. Also, a large gathering area. As with any older home little glitches can’t appear that’s why I didn’t write this five stars. Keri was great to work with. She responded almost immediately to solve these issues, which were minor, but we needed to bring them to her attention. Thank you.

We were greeted by the host online and she was so kind, we felt instantly at home when we walked in and the property is so magical..! The Grandkids loved the pond and the back half of the yard too. We will be back in the summer for sure. Thank you again
