This is the perfect unit for staying at Aqua. 3rd floor is a must here (for the parking level and the independent elevator for floors 1-3) and the location of 308 is perfect. We are used to units being cleaned poorly and being pretty grossed out, but this unit was actually clean. I hope they keep the same housekeeping service bc whoever is doing it is putting in the proper effort and actually cares.Our one and only complaint is that the wifi was very bad. This may be a building issue more than a unit issue, tho. Not a huge deal, but streaming tv was difficult.We will absolutely stay in this unit the next time we come to Aqua!

Love EVERYTHING about Unit 308! This is our 3/4th time to stay in this specific unit. It is so convenient to the walkway across to the parking garage (same floor) and also close to an elevator that only goes to floors 1-3, so no waiting for long periods of time to cover all 23 floors! The unit itself is absolutely beautiful. I saw upgrades from our previous stay like the walk-in shower! We love this unit!

We stayed in 308 a couple years ago and loved everything about it, so we wanted to stay here again this year. Nothing had changed...still beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and had everything we could possibly need. Love the trundle bed on the balcony! All the furniture was so nice and very comfortable for relaxing at night. This is seriously our favorite condo we've ever rented.
