The house, which is located on the edge of the village, borders directly on the Grundloser See / Grundloses Moor nature reserve in the idyllic Ebbingen district of the town of Walsrode with its 1,300m² plot. The Ebbingen district is located approx. six kilometres north of Walsrode. The village is surrounded by two moors and large forests and fields. Here you will find absolute peace and quiet, as there is no through traffic.bright, cosy holiday flat with terrace in a quiet location right on the edge of the forest, ideal starting point for hikes or bike tours through the nearby nature reserve as well as for excursions in the surrounding area
The property is completely fenced in, otherwise deer would come to visit. The two guest terraces in the large communal garden with garden furniture (four high-backed chairs, a large garden table and parasol) invite you to linger and relax. You are also welcome to use the Teflon barbecue here. There are also plenty of parking spaces on the property.
The holiday flat is located on the first floor of the house and is approx. 72m² in size. In the cosy living room, two sofas and a flat-screen TV with satellite TV, a radio system and a dining area invite you to linger and chat. The first bedroom has a double bed (180cm wide) and the second bedroom has two single beds (each approx. 80cm wide). In the bright kitchen you will find all the important kitchen utensils as well as a fridge with freezer compartment, oven and ceramic hob and a coffee machine. The bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet also leaves nothing to be desired. There is also a separate guest WC with washing machine to prevent a morning traffic jam.
Thanks to the marvellous location, you have every conceivable opportunity for sporting activities, e.g. cycling tours, hiking, swimming or golfing. Furthermore, the direct location at the edge of the forest offers you the possibility to start your hiking tours right at the house. The marvellous Grundlose See lake is only a few minutes' walk away. The Serengeti Park (Hodenhagen), the Heide Park Soltau, the Magic Park (Verden), the wildlife park in the Lüneburg Heath, the Weltvogelpark or the Aller-Leine Valley invite you to take a trip to the surrounding area. Golfers will get their money's worth at the nearby Tietlingen Golf Club (18 holes), one of the most beautiful courses in northern Germany. Walsrode is located in the centre of the city triangle of Hamburg (90 km), Hanover (60 km) and Bremen (60 km). The historic town of Lüneburg is around 70 km away and the equally historic town of Celle is around 50 km away.
