The ground floor consists of a spacious living area of approximately 30m2 which incorporates a modern kitchen with mini-oven, cooker, dishwasher, microwave and dining area for four people. Next to the kitchen is a bathroom with shower and a second shower room with WC at the rear of the gite. A lounge with flat-screen TV, sofa, hi-fi and Wi-Fi completes this cosy living space.
Outside, the two carefully furnished terraces invite you to enjoy the sea view while basking in the sun.
