This holiday flat is located on the ground floor of a two-storey residential building and is situated in a quiet location in a small courtyard in the east of Saxony below the landlord's flat.

In front of the house you have access to the fenced garden. Take a seat in the seating area and on the garden furniture and use the barbecue for a barbecue evening together. Enjoy the expansive view of the surrounding nature and the fountain set around a flower bed. If you arrive by car, there are two parking spaces available on the property. The property includes several outbuildings, as there used to be a small farm here. The total area is over 2000 square metres. Beyond the fence there is a meadow which is ideal for children to run around or play football.

You enter your holiday flat through a separate entrance from the outside and arrive directly in an anteroom. Adjacent to this room, you enter your private bathroom on one side and the separate kitchen on the other, from where you can access the other rooms of the holiday flat. With a living space of 50 m², the holiday flat comprises a bedroom with double bed, a spacious living room, a separate kitchen with kitchenette and a shower room. Enjoy a relaxing holiday for two or four with your child. The bedroom welcomes you on 16m² in a double bed with two single mattresses and is also equipped with a mirror and a spacious wardrobe with enough storage space for your luggage. There is a pull-out bed in the same bedroom for a third and fourth guest. However, this is suitable for a maximum of one adult and one child. The living area offers a cosy atmosphere. Take a seat together on the seating area with a comfortable corner sofa for four people and relax there after an excursion. A television with satellite TV provides entertainment. Adjacent to the living room is a fully equipped kitchenette with a dining table for four people. The kitchenette offers you a cooker with a four-ring ceramic hob and oven, a fridge with freezer compartment, a microwave, a dishwasher and a coffee machine for convenient self-catering. You have a view of the garden from both the living room and the bedroom. The shower room is equipped with a shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin. Towels and bed linen are included on site. The friendly landlords are on hand to offer help and advice and will also hand over the holiday flat in person.

As you are in a small district with three houses, you will benefit from the peace and quiet and the natural surroundings for a relaxing holiday. Shopping facilities are just two kilometres away. Restaurants and the 1000-year-old district town of Bautzen with its renovated old town are 8 kilometres away. There is also a memorial to the former Stasi prison, the leaning tower, and museums worth seeing. You can find the famous Bautzen mustard locally. There is also a cinema and a theatre. It is the centre of Upper Lusatia and a stronghold of a bilingual region. In addition to the German language, Sorbian, a Slavic language, is also spoken. Your children will look forward to a visit to the famous dinosaur park, the miniature park and the maze in Kleinwelka, just three kilometres away. All 3 facilities are right next to each other and are open from April to October. From the flat, you can take long walks and cycle tours in the surrounding area of the Upper Lusatian heath and pond landscape. There is a very well signposted network of cycle paths. The city of Dresden is around 50 km away and can be reached quickly via the motorway. The border with Poland and the Czech Republic is also around 50 km away.
