Located in the heart of Bautzen, this apartment is only 300m from the Kornmarkt. The city center can be easily explored on foot.
The property has its own parking lot, as well as a small courtyard with seating area.
In the apartment itself there is a kitchen with common appliances for self-catering (supermarket opposite), a bathroom with tub & shower, living room with new fireplace as well as a living-dining-bedroom and separate bedroom so that you can relax under up to six people , (Children then ideally in the "bedroom")
Bautzen, the city of the towers, fascinates not only its guests with its great old town but also all inhabitants again and again.
Stay in the middle of it, in a central location, in a renovated residential and commercial building. Take advantage of all the advantages of this city apartment.

Im großen und ganzen definitiv ausreichend. Allerdings waren die fehlenden Türen in zwischen den Wohnräumen und der Küche nicht so entspannt. Eine Glastür für das Bad, wo man direkten dahinter die Toilette hat ist auch nur ok, wenn man mit der Familie dort ist. Ansonsten sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr freundliches Reinigungspersonal

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage, nahe der Altstadt. Sie ist dennoch recht ruhig gelegen. Sie ist modern und freundlich eingerichtet, allerdings fehlen Türen zur Küche und zu 2 Zimmern. Die Toilette ist separat im Treppenhaus, ungewöhnlich, hat aber auch Vorteile. Die Wohnung ist geeignet für 4 Personen, dann wird es etwas eng. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Man kann sie auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.
