About this chalet rental
Welcome to this newly renovated chalet. Located in the Chamonix valley, on a southern hillside facing Mont Blanc, you will be amazed by the spectacle of the constantly changing landscapes.
Bordered by a stream and a waterfall, surrounded by greenery, landscaped gardens, a plot of 3000m2, out of sight, surrounded by nature and at the same time close to everything, it offers real moments of pause and contemplation.
. An unexpected chalet, both resolutely poetic and contemporary just a few minutes from Chamonix.
Accommodation: built on three levels, this chalet offers a large living room of 75m2 with dining room and high-end kitchen, as well as a wood stove, all opening onto a terrace overlooking the gardens, the waterfall and the Mont-Blanc massif.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms each with a bathroom and private toilets.
The first bedroom: the Reposoir room has three separate beds, two single beds can be joined to make a double bed, and has a balcony, shower and toilet.
The second bedroom: the Mont-Blanc room consists of a king-size bed, large windows offer you a unique view of the mountains, equipped with a bathtub and toilet with a sumptuous panorama.
The third: the Le Refuge room consists of 3 single beds side by side, it is also possible to make a double bed or 2 single beds according to your convenience as well as a shower and toilet area and a balcony.
On the first floor, you will find another living room kitchen area called La suite des Voyageurs with sofa bed, another wooden terrace, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a bedroom with a kingsize bed and the possibility of putting a travel cot for baby.
This garden level is a small apartment of 50m2 which has its own entrance but which communicates with the rest of the chalet by an internal staircase, this allows a certain privacy for a family or a couple.
The chalet has 4 bathrooms and 5 toilets.
You will also have outdoor parking for 4 cars, 2 washing machines, 2 dishwashers, two kitchens and a large screen TV.

We draw your attention to the fact that the chalet is located in a natural area, with the presence of a stream and a waterfall, it is a sloping terrain, we ask you to be vigilant and swimming in the stream is prohibited.

Our stay in Servoz at this lovely chalet was the best ever. It is beautiful. Great setting, clean, well stocked, and so comfortable. And Dominique was the most helpful host. I recommend with ten stars!

Très bon séjour dans un superbe chalet décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Vu magnifique sur le Mont Blanc. Propriétaires très agréables et disponibles.
