A Mare - Via Porto 69 Apartment

Perfect location, in the middle of the town. Host was amazing and provided great recommendations for our stay. There was 2 bathrooms which was great for us and the rooftop balcony was so nice. We definitely recommend

We didn’t mind, but there are lots of steep stairs in the apartment.

The apartment is beautiful!! The location is excellent. One thing worth mentioning: the apartment is spread across 4 floors (living room on the 1st, bedroom on the 2nd, kitchen on the 3rd, and terrace on the 4th). It wasn’t an issue for us at all, but if you have difficulty with stairs, it’s good to know in advance.

Nice terrace with good view. Authentic, cute little house. Very central location (too central....). Very responsive host (via WhatApp).

It was incredibly noisy at night since it is on one of the busiest alleys in the old town and has no double windows. It would be great for people who want to party but not for anyone who wants to sleep before 2 - 3 a.m. The air conditioning remote control does not work and there seems to be just one setting, which has to be set manually by climbing on the bed and is too cold. The A/C fan, which could cover up some of the street noise, also does not work, nor does the elevator (which was not advertised in any case). The kitchen is OK but is missing some items (notably large enough cups for coffee and a microwave oven). The shower head attachment is broken, so it is hard to shower. The ground floor room serves little purpose since it is dark and there is no TV facing the sofa. The TV in the bedroom is tiny.
