Enjoy your time in Trout River and your stay at Ocean Breeze. We offer 4 rooms each with queen-size bed and a private bath. The kitchen and dining room are recently renovated and offer a spacious area to mingle and relax at the end of your day. Whether you listen to the sound of the waves on the shoreline or watch the sun sink in to the Gulf of St. Lawrence, either would be a great way to end your day while staying at Ocean Breeze.
This reservation has a Super Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 14 day prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 14 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 7 to 13 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 7 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.

Honestly the place was amazing. So many rooms and so spacious. Right across from the Ocean with amazing views. One of the best sunsets I’ve seen. My parents, wife and parents-in-law all loved the experience. The host seemed friendly enough, sometimes took a while to respond. The “but” is after we checked out and the host tried to blame a broken closet door and blind cord on us and charge us 150. The blinds were in a room that wasn’t even used and the closet door was broken before we even got there. In any case I hope this was a one time event because the place is truly beautiful.
