Woody Point is a beautiful and historic town nestled in the heart of Gros Morne National Park, on the western coast of Newfoundland. It has a beautiful waterfront with many heritage buildings and in 2010 was designated a Registered Heritage District. Our chalet is a mere five-minute walk from local restaurants, coffee shops and the water taxi. It is a spacious, clean and comfortable two-story log-style chalet with a full wrap-around deck. The unencumbered view of Gros Morne Mountain and Bonne Bay is simply breathtaking! The sunroom, on the second floor is a great place to curl up, watch the sun rise or to sit back and enjoy the view at any time of the day. There is a wide variety of books on hand so feel free to pick one and do some reading.
This same spectacular view can be enjoyed from the wrap-around deck or while cooking on the stainless-steel BBQ.
