La terraza ....está frente al mar, muy bien equipado... faltaba un hervidor y cambio de almohadas, lo solicitamos y enseguida respondieron a nuestro pedido, se puede ir andando al centro, son 34 minutos, también con el bus 1 q pasa por la avenida, nosotros fuimos en coche y aparcamos en línea azul sin problema.
Esa zona de playa tiene algas y piedras un peligro para bañarse, pero a 250 metros estaba más limpia..la mejor zona de playa y movida es donde está el hotel bahía de Cádiz a 10 minutos andando por el paseo marítimo

Die Lage mit direktem Meerblick/ Strandzugang vom großen Balkon ist unschlagbar. Die Restaurants , die direkt unter dem Balkon liegen stören nicht. Die Ausstattung mit Flachbild TV und Streamingdienste ist gut. Wir waren 2 Personen= ausreichend Platz. Das 2. Schlafzimmer ist recht klein. In 25 Minuten ist manzu Fuß an der Promenade entlang an der Kathedrale. Tiefgaragenstellplatz sollte man mieten/ 10€ / Tag. Plätze/ Ausfahrt sind eng. Fahrstuhl vorhanden. Probleme mit dem Internet wurden super schnell gelöst.
Es gab viele Ameisen/ aufpassen. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung" in die Jahre" gekommen. Sie war sauber, aber an vielen Stellen gab es Risse im Mauerwerk, der Putz blätterte ab.

Nothing to do with the apartment, but the restaurants around us were not very friendly to us. Had to go a little further for that.

Matratzen im Hauptschlafzimmer, Terrasse, Aussicht, Sofa im Wohnzimmer
Die Wohnung ist sehr verwohnt und muss renoviert werden. Der Terrassentisch hängt durch, Zimmertüren sind verzogen, Schrankschubläden sind nicht zu öffnen, der Duschkopf muss geklemmt werden, Klimaanlage/Heizung funktionierte nicht, die Wohnung ist sehr sehr hellhörig. Kein Wasserkocher, keine Teekanne, keine Geschirrtücher, keine Topflappen und Achtung: im Wohnzimmer gibt es genau 1 Steckdose!
