The location and house was amazing. We had the whole property to ourselves during the stay, which was an added bonus. It is close to the lake, about 10 mins walk, and there is a clean pool, and fire place in the garden. The value for money is amazing for this property.

The lack of supplies and essentials. We got given washing up liqued and dish washer tablets, but there was no: liquid for washing machine, towels, soap, kitchen supplies (salt, pepper, oil). If it had these, i would give the property 10/10.

Spent 2 nights here with 12 friends and booked the entire house (both 1st and 2nd floor appartmans). The owner was very helpful and kind. She answered to all my questions whenever I wrote or called and made sure to call me back in case she was busy. Arrival was easy and there was no need to meet with her as she shared the key locker codes via email beforehand. Rooms were clean and beds were quite comfortable. The rooms in the second floor were very hot but each of them had a smaller ventilator. Kitchen in the first floor was not fully, but prepared enough. They almost had everything from utilities to frier and toaster. We missed smaller things like peeler, kitchen towels etc...(not indispensable) but they had a washing machine and dishwasher at least. The garden was good and we were actually surprised to see there was a ping pong table as well. There was also wood for the grill outside. The house is located in front of the train station but the noises are not disturbing. Also, there were no neighbours around or any noise, and we were able to enjoy a calm night due to that. Owner was also flexible with the checkin and checkout hours which was a HUGE thing for us. Thank you! In overall I dont have anything i didnt like but things i think needs improvent and attention: Grill was not clean when we arrived. To be honest it was disgusting as it still had some oil and leftovers on it. The plastic chairs outside, next the pool were in very bad condision, and one of them even broke during usage. There is no power in the back of the garden, nor an extension. Also, no hose or any kind of water in the  garden (only 1 hot water sink next to the grill) Pool was in a very bad condition (i was informed by the owner in advance)  we were not even able to refil water, turn on the water circulation machine ( no power in the back of the garden), add chlorine nor pump it up... and it was also not so clean when we arrived. Some sockets came out when we unplugged them. Kitchen could have a much bigger trash bin. Also there could be a new nespresso coffee machine instead of the current old one. The were no towels on the second floor, only on the 1st.
