A very cozy place in a wonderful environment. I can only speak of the place in superlatives. Friendly, cozy, well-equipped, spacious. Ideal for families, the playground is well-equipped, there are many games, the Balaton shore is a few minutes walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

The locations was very good. Just a few minutes walk to the lake and water sports.
The rooms were very clean and perfect for a group of friends like us, but would also be great for a family. The main room had a double bed with large wardrobe, desk and air conditioning. The living area has 2 sofa beds which were under the sofa. They are not huge so better for children or small adults. The kitchen is well equipped with a combination oven and microwave and large fridge with freezer and a dishwasher. There is also another air conditioner.
The bathroom is very large with walk-in in shower which is powerful.
The room was very modern and clean. The hosts were very kind and helpful. They spoke very good English which was helpful for us. Happy to provide more toilet paper and washing up products.
Very pleasant stay and would definitely return.

Spacious apartments with private terrace, beautiful garden with pine trees, quite area with quick access to the lake.
It would be great if you could provide more refills for the coffee machine :)

absolutely comfy apartments! super clean, super new and stylish. dishwasher, stove with microwave function, patio with furniture. the soap smelled perfect.
the public beach is 3 minutes away
washing machine is missing and it’s sad. coffee machine has weird type of capsules- was not able to buy them around.
the main reception lady speaks only German. There’s another one who speaks English but she’s onsite only between 11-14
This property is apartments, not hotel and I’m not sure if they are supposed to be cleaned, daily or less often, but ours were never cleaned during 3 nights we stayed there.
the neighborhood is VERY quiet, restaurants and life are 30 minutes walk, in Siofok center
