The room was simple but comfortable. Bathroom was modern & clean. Staff were very welcoming. Breakfast was delicious. There was a small room downstairs as a lounge for guests with an honesty bar. The restaurant food was amazing, we would return just for that!
We would have liked to be able to make tea/coffee in our room.

Location and parking. Didn’t have a meal in the restaurant but did have a reasonable breakfast
Our room was up in the eaves, not much head room for taller people also in the shower and using the toilet (men) The velux blinds didn’t open on one window. Inside the cupboard was a duvet and pillows but had just been thrown in not neatly folded. No coffe or tea making facilities
