About this apartment rental
The Hillas Töwerhuus vacation rental in Norddeich is ideal for two to four people. Families with children of all ages are warmly welcome.
Spend the best days of the year in this cozy, bright vacation rental by the North Sea.
The apartment is non-smoking; pets are not allowed.
The living area is approximately 60 square meters, and the accompanying outdoor area covers about 200 square meters.
You’ll enter through the hallway, from which you can access all rooms. These include the children’s bedroom (double bed 160x200 cm) and the living/bedroom with two sofas and a large double bed (180x200). Furthermore, the hallway also leads to the kitchen and the beautiful bathroom with a walk-in, open shower.
The spacious garden is accessible from the kitchen and visible from the living room.
The garden is equipped with outdoor seating and a sandbox.
The vacation rental is centrally located yet quiet (at the end of a cul-de-sac), right in the heart of Norddeich. You can park your car on the property. The local Netto supermarket is just a stone’s throw away. The well-known seal sanctuary is also only a few minutes’ walk away.
The visitor’s tax of €3.50 per night for guests aged 14 and older is billed separately.

All living areas feature exterior blinds for blackout and daylight pleated blinds.
The living/bedroom features two sofas and a double bed (180x200).
A 40" LED flat-screen TV and a large panoramic window overlooking the private garden are also available.
In the bedroom, you’ll find a double bed (160x200), a clothes rod, and space for clothing. The built-in closet in the hallway also offers storage space for your clothes.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, stovetop, oven, and fridge-freezer.
Plenty of dishes and silverware are provided.
The use of bed linens and towels is included in the final price.
Costs for gas, water, and electricity are also included.
(Excluding charging electric cars or similar.)
The visitor’s tax of €3.50 per person per day must be paid in cash to the landlord upon arrival and will then be remitted to the tourist office.
Children under 14 years of age are exempt from the visitor’s tax.

In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen schönen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Die Lage in einem Straßenende bedeutet wirkliche Ruhe und mit dem Fahrrad ist man in max. 10min an allen schönen Punkten von Norddeich.

Als erstes müssen wir den Kontakt eigentlich mehr als loben.
Sehr schneller, freundlicher und symptischer Vermieter, der seine Gäste gerne und liebevoll empfängt. Vielen Dank dafür.
Die Wohnung liegt am Ender einer Straße und dazu in sehr ruhiger Lage.
Die Ausstattung und das Ambiente war für uns voll getroffen und spiegelt einen wundervollen Aufenthalt an der Nordsee wieder.
Egal ob Schlafraum, Wohnraum, Küche oder Badezimmer, mit tollen Details ist jeder Raum sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, das man sich sofort wohl fühlt.
Das Tageslichtbad, bietet mit einem sehr großen Spiegel, so wie einer tollen Regendusche alles zum entspannen und auch herrichten.
In der Küche hat man einen tollen Esstisch und eine ordentlich sortierte Küchenausstattung, mit einer Kühlgefrierkombi, Backofen, Ceranfeld, Kaffemaschine, Mikrowelle und auch einer Spülmaschine.
Im Wohnraum findet man einen gemütlichen Platz auf einer der beiden bequemen retro Couchen.
Wir werden uns den Kontakt sicher aufbewahren und können das Appartment Töwerhuss, so wie den Vermieter nur jedem empfehlen.
