About this villa rental
Charming villa just 50 meters from the sea, perfect for a relaxed Menorca stay. Set on one level, it features 4 bedrooms with AC, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and private pool and garden. The upgraded terrace offers a fantastic outdoor space to unwind. Ideally located close to all essential services, perfect for families or friends.
Cot and highchair included; extra sets €5/night. Towels & sheets included. Kitchen & bath basics not provided.
We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.
Binibeca is the perfect destination in every way. Although it’s a tourist area, it’s also quiet and peaceful. Ideal for holidays with family or friends, you’ll find everything you need to enjoy a wonderful break. There are restaurants, bars, a supermarket, a diving centre, and places to hire kayaks, paddleboards and bicycles. You can visit the charming fishing village to take some lovely photographs. For a very different experience, you can visit the Binifadet winery in the village of Sant Luis, just 5 kilometres from Binibeca. If you’re feeling curious, don’t miss out on trying their wine gums. Just 9 kilometres from the airport and 10 kilometres from Mahón, the island’s main town, where you can stroll along its magnificent harbour, dine in one of its restaurants, go shopping or enjoy lively evenings on one of its terraces.

One day before arrival guest will receive all information about check in, address, code for the key box to collect the keys and a self check in, and a contact telephone number of the villa manager, who will be the person who will help you with any incident or question you may have during your stay.
Please report broken things, to avoid problems for us with future guests
No security deposit is required; however, you have the option to purchase coverage for potential property damage. If you choose not to, Airbnb mediation will apply in case of any damage.
All hosts of certified legal tourism rentals in the baleares have the duty to collect the tourism tax from the guests for the government (2,2€ per adult/night with reduced rate after 9th night) this tax is not included in the rental price. Guests are hereby informed that hosts are duly authorized to collect the tourist tax through means external to the platform used to make the reservation. This measure complies with current regulations and must be fulfilled upon check-in or as otherwise instructed by the host. Please mind always to rent certificated legal tourism properties.
Guests must dispose of rubbish and waste in the nearest bin.

La ubicación y vistas excelentes. Sin embargo la casa está bastante destartalada. Pintura desconchada, sofá sucio, baño principal con una bañera y huele muy mal. La casa de al lado es idéntica y está totalmente reformada al mismo precio. Las fotos no corresponden a la realidad de los muebles y como está por dentro la casa. No hay caja fuerte y pedimos nos dejasen salida a las 11:00. Nos dijeron que no, que iba la limpieza y eran las 11:15 y no había aparecido nadie. Poca flexibilidad.
