Amazing views, lovely balcony, comfy beds, clean, plenty of storage, provision of practical things needed like Washing-up liquid/herbs/coffee/toiletries were very much appreciated and made arrival welcoming. Guidance to parking also appreciated and helped our arrival go more smoothly.

Be aware that if you book the ground floor apartment, the host needs regular access in order to maintain the apartment above, which may feel disruptive to some when arranging this, or if not expected. We also had a couple of unfortunate minor issues with a perished washing line (host replaced this quickly with a drying rack) and accidental breakage of a glass coffee jug which we had to reimburse for upon departure - it put a bit of a dampener on things given the price we paid for the apartment and this not being a reckless act. All reasonable perhaps, but could have done without having to think about these things when trying to relax/enjoy a holiday!

Beautiful views from the balcony. Apartment was clean and well stocked. Nice big bedrooms. The host was very helpful.

The toilet made a big noise when it was flushed which we assumed was the pump. Internal blinds on the bedrooms for privacy would have been nice.

Superb villa. Well equipped, clean and very comfortable. Walking distance to 2 lovely beaches. Kini is a relaxing place with lots of choices of cafes and tavernas.
