Sagando - Floating house on Sava river

It is a lovely get-away from the crowded city. The owner was such a nice guy who truly cares about the hosts and about his place that was neat and tidy. It was a dream come true.

We had a wonderful stay. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and very peaceful. The host was friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The quiet atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a calm and enjoyable stay.

Everything was great

Wonderful, very sweet and warm home. The host is such a kind gentleman, he deserves to be chosen just for his experience. He helped us with all our problems, even personal ones, and even gave us the locations of places we could visit. The beauty of the river on one side and the nature view on the other gave me so much peace. This is a place I would love to stay again. I already miss it. I hope I can see it again. You can feed the swans and ducks in the river if you have something to offer; the place is interesting and unusual, not something you can experience everywhere. The house has everything that you could need - like a toaster, tea, spices, kitchen equipment. The check in wad easy, the wi-fi is good and we had our own parking space. There are different chairs outside on which you can relax in a good weather.

The two ''rooms'' are actually in one space with no door between them - the second big bed you reach by climbing up a ladder and going on ''the second floor'' where you can't really stand up - that is if you don't want to hit your head. It can get very cold at night {thankfully, there are enough blankets}; there are no mosquito nets on the doors which is unthoughtful, because the house is literally in the river. The door between the main room and the bathroom isn't really a door, but a harmonica, that doesn't allow you to have real privacy. The road that leads to the accommodation isn't paved.
