About this villa rental
Beautifully furnished and fully stocked 4 BR 2 Bath waterfront Villa in SE Cape Coral with southern exposure, heated pool, kayaks, bicycles, and fishing poles. Villa Lucia is family friendly and conveniently located close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Sleeps 8. Full electricity included. No further fees or costs after booking! Owners allow 1 non-shedding dog up to 50 lbs. A pet fee of $150 applies. Pre-approval needed.
Enjoy some beautiful days in our Villa Lucia. With its southern exposure you can appreciate our famous Florida sun all day long. You can relax by the poolside with your morning coffee and then dine on lavishly prepared dinners outside on the covered lanai. Read a good book or just sunbathe in the lounge chairs or swim and play in the heated pool. The gas grill will always come in handy for outside cooking. Stroll down to the dock for some fantastic fishing, go kayaking or take the bicycles for a ride around the nice neighborhood….it really cannot get much better.
A baby safety fence for the pool is available when you are bringing along the little ones!
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook or to entertain your guests and thanks to the open floor plan, you will never feel like you are missing out on the festivities while preparing your family dinners.
The spacious master suite has a king size bed, and a huge en-suite bathroom with a big walk in shower and has direct access to the lanai and pool.
Two guest bedrooms have a queen size bed, the other guest bedroom is outfitted with a set of twin beds.
There is a TV in the living room and in each bedroom besides the twin bedroom.
The Villa is conveniently located close to shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and parks. A bowling alley and a movie theater are just a mile down the road and a beautiful park where you can take an idyllic 4 mile walk towards the river. A mile further south is a gorgeous park with multiple playgrounds for kids all ages located directly on the river.
Villa Lucia allows 1 non-shedding, non-allergic dog up to 50 pounds per stay. No cats. Each dog requires a pre-approval and a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 is due at time of booking.

Very clean, well stocked and great screened in pool.We had our grandchildren visit and there was plenty of room for everyone. Master bedroom was exceptional and very comfortable bed. Nice neighborhood for our morning walks.

I will have to commend property manager for the cleanliness of this property. We were very impressed. The pool was very nice and overall in a good location.

The house is very well appointed and spotlessly clean. Love the saltwater pool and screened in back deck. My only critique is that the adult bicycles need an upgrade.
