We had 2 apartments for our family, both were super, very clean and comfortable. Air conditioning worked well in very hot weather, very well fitted apartments, owner and his parents were on hand to sort out any problems,although they do not live close, they always responded well. Our problems were very minor and easily fixed.

it was super comfortable comunnicating with the owner and this father, super friendly and gave us tips. even let us in few hours before our original checkin time, which is super important when you are travelling with family. home is pretty big, very comfortbale and equiped with everything. everything was very close to the appartment, we had opportunity to get umbreals from the home and so on.
water drain system in the bathroom was not the best (mostly it is our/kids fault we had water on the floor) and wifi in some areas was awesome, in some not so strong.

Good location. 10 minute walk to train, beach and the old town. Quiet neighborhood.
