Appartement avec toutes les commodités, lumineux, proche de la plage et des commerces. Une place de parking privative est un vrai plus.

La maison est idéalement placée : proche d’une belle plage et de tous les commerces. Elle est très agréable pour des vacances en famille : grandes pièces à vivre, extérieur bien aménagé. Mais les literies sont très loin d’être à la hauteur du reste. Certains lits sont inutilisable tellement ils sont vieux et abimés (des sommiers à ressorts avec des matelas en laine !!!). Dommage qu’un point aussi important est été négligé dans cette rénovation.

Location très bien situé à côté de la plage. Grande capacité d’accueil 4 chambres. Literie un peu vétuste dans certaines chambres. Grande terrasse à l’arrière de l’appartement pour profiter de l’extérieur. Dommage au prix de la location que le nécessaire pour utiliser le barbecue ne soit pas fourni... Le plus est le stationnement car un garage et une place devant sont disponibles... attention cependant 2 SUV logent difficilement...

La maison est très bien placée. Par contre, la literie est d'un autre temps, c'est le gros point noir de la location. Toute la literie doit être changée, c'est impensable de louer tel quel. De plus, il y a 2 chambres avec volets battants où il n'y a pas de cran d'arrêt, donc avec le vent le volet s'ouvre tout seul. Le meuble vasque de la salle de bain parentale ne s'ouvre pas. Attention pour les grands, les jambes ne passent pas sous la table à manger. Un bac frigo cassé.
