The property was clean, quiet, and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, and the apartment had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

Melia Villa Kos offers an absolutely outstanding experience.
The location, pool, and hot tub were magnificent highlights. We also found the beds, kitchen/lounge area, and bedrooms to be exceptionally comfortable and outstandingly appointed.
The only minor issue was the showers, which were tricky due to the water heater lacking a thermostat.
Overall, a truly magnificent villa that we highly recommend for a luxury stay
While we loved the villa, there are critical areas that need immediate attention:
• Power Outage Risk: We experienced a power outage, which is unacceptable as I rely on medical equipment at night. A reliable backup power source is essential for guest safety and health.
• Accessibility: There is no wheelchair access whatsoever. Given the villa's high standards, this lack of basic access is a major oversight and should be rectified immediately.
• Showers: The water heater lacks a thermostat, making the shower temperature inconsistent and difficult to manage.

Great facilities and very clean and tidy. Big open plan layout inside. Outside is amazing round the pool.
