Stunning holiday let in a beautiful peaceful location . Very well equipped and immaculately clean and comfortable. Alpacas at the bottom of the garden in the morning. We had a lovely meal in the pheasant inn.
There’s nothing not to like. My only consideration would be , be prepared for a mile long drive down an unmade road to reach the property. Not a problem for us as we had a big car . But the solitude is worth it .

Beautiful and quiet- really lovely location on an alpaca farm, the cottage was lovely and well stocked and David and Caroline were wonderful hosts.
We didn’t have a car - and I think you need one for this property as there’s over a mile of track before you can start any walks.
David and Caroline were lovely and accommodating but cottages.com manages the booking.com and were unhelpful and unresponsive around questions such as if we could leave our luggage anywhere (which meant we cut our trip short as booked taxis whereas actually if we’d just have spoken to Caroline / Dave and the info booklet we would have seen they had some great luggage storage options).

Really cozy and warm cottage with a comfortable bed and great shower. Great place to look at the stars too. We loved our break 👍
