Family Hostel Lviv

One of the best places to be in Ukraine if not the best. Everything top notch!!!

Needs a little cleaning in bathrooms, but considering amount of people staying it is still clean

Well the location was ok.

A1 Hostel in Lviv is in a building that for some reason has power all the time. Basically no blackouts. Family Hostel and Capsule hostel are just not this lucky. That's the main problem. Other issues No shaving mirror's Quite noisy from traffic Had to pay for towel's (they are free in other hostels)

Had a problem checking in: they would not allow me to pay by card or via the website and refused to let me pay the following morning, after actually going to the bank to exchange money (I arrived in Ukraine pretty late). It was very stressful to have to leave all my documents with them to be able to go to the city and find somewhere to withdraw money that late at night. No, they would not even allow me to let my bags there to look for an ATM without withholding my passport, which honestly felt very wrong. Bedroom was clean and comfortable enough, bathrooms were dirty in the morning.
