Beach House I&II

Η τοποθεσία ήταν ήσυχη και κοντά σε εστιατόρια και παντοπωλεία. Η θάλασσα επίσης ήταν δίπλα. Το κόστος του καταλύματος ήταν τίμιο.

Το δωμάτιο δεν ήταν καθαρό και η έλλειψη κουρτίνας στο ντους επιδεινωνε την κατάσταση. Βρήκαμε τρίχες και φυλλαράκια στο πάτωμα του δωματίου όταν πρωτομπηκαμε. Η ηχομόνωση ήταν επίσης αρκετά ελλιπής. Ακουγόταν πολύ δυνατά το καζανάκι από τα άλλα δωμάτια... Αποφύγετε τα δωμάτια του ισογείου... Αν δεν κλείσετε τις κουρτίνες συσκότισης δεν μπορείτε να κυκλοφορήσετε ελεύθερα στο δωμάτιο γιατί υπάρχει κόσμος που κυκλοφορεί και κάνει ηλιοθεραπεία στην αυλή ακριβώς έξω από τα δωμάτια του ισογείου...

Perfect stay at Beach House 1, Alikes, Zante. Just back from our holiday in Beach House 1, Alikes, Zante. The apartment is literally 20 yds from the beach, with stunning sea and mountain views. There is also Beach House 11, immediately behind, which looks lovely too. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with towels and bedding (crisp white sheets), changed every other day. It has a small kitchenette with fridge etc. so you can self-cater if required. However, although it is situated in a really quiet area, there is a fab restaurant, the ' Apollo' 100 yds away, and the property owners also have a lovely cocktail bar 'Virago' just behind the property. Nearby there is a lovely pool with bar and restaurant the 'Paradise' which is only 200 yds away. There is also a small supermarket 150 yds away that sells just about everything. If you like more bars, restaurants or shops then it is only @ 500 meters to the main Alikes 'strip'. Vikki and Spiros (the owners), were really welcoming and friendly. Always on hand to easily contact if required. However everything was spot on, so we didn't want for anything. We loved it there, just the perfect mix of peace and quiet, with everything you need on the doorstep. We will definitely go back again as we felt at home as soon as we arrived. Everyone we met (locals and visitors) were really friendly, and we made some good friends too. Thank-you Vikki and Spiros. 😊

Only an observation....The private garden opening onto the beach had plenty of sun beds for all the apartments, with umbrellas and a couple of palm trees too. However If everyone decided to use the garden these could all be taken, therefore it would be good to have a couple more umbrellas.

Lokalizacja super, miejsce przy samej plaży. Blisko sklep i restauracja, pani właścicielka miła osobą i bardzo pomocna. Pani dbająca o czystość pokoi również bardzo sympatyczna osoba. Pokoje duże, czyste i pachnące świeżością. Każdy pokój z widokiem na morze, przed hotelem leżaki, na których można poleżeć po kąpieli w morzu. Można by tak wymieniać i wymieniać. Serdecznie dziękujemy za pobyt i będziemy polecać.
