About this house rental
Completely renovated, 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house with all new furnishings and pool. Fully furnished, non smoking, dog friendly (pet fee required), 1300 sq ft pool home located in a family neighborhood. This home sleeps 8 comfortably with a king size bed in the master, queen size guest room, and 4 single bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom. Each bedroom, where you will always find fresh, clean linens upon your arrival, has its own smart TV and window treatments for privacy. Both the master and queen bedroom are full of natural light coming through the french doors that lead out to the back patio/pool area. The master bath has a double vanity and walk in shower, while the guest bath has a single vanity with a shower/bath combo. Spending time together will not be a problem in the spacious living area adjacent to the dining area and kitchen that is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. French doors lead out to the inviting back patio with a white light strung outdoor eating area. Full size washer and dryer are available in the 2 car garage. Property is dog friendly with a $150 pet fee per dog. There is a $30 fee per guest per night for guests over 4. Port Orange provides easy access to Daytona Speedway, white sandy beaches, New Smyrna Beach eclectic shopping and Orlando attractions. Within minutes from the house is Publix Grocery, WalMart, Target, Chipotle, Chick-Fil-A, Starbucks, Regal Movie Theater and other delicious dining. Just over the bridge you will find seafood dining on the water at Deck Down Under, Down the Hatch, Off the Hook at Inlet Harbor and Hidden Treasure. Whether a family vacation, Bike Week trip with friends, long term or executive rental, this home is sure to provide you with everything you need in a central location making it easy for any activity. This place is paradise! The house is beautiful! The pool is awesome! Daytona Beach & shops are so close! Quiet neighborhood. The beds are so soft & comfortable! All the comforts of home provided! We had a fantastic vacation here. Thank you Alan & Michele!
