About this apartment rental
**Balcony project at this complex beginning September 8th, 2026 and lasting until May 14th, 2027. Construction activities all over the property will generate noise, vibration, and dust. The outdoor pool and Splash Pad will be closed in the Winter months**

Keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!! Free Wifi !!
While you relax by the large outdoor pool or gazebo, your kids are able to enjoy a new 1300 sq. ft. Caribbean Pirate Inspired Splash Pad downstairs by the pool. The area consists of a Pirate Sloop and Ship’s Bow with Slant Jets and Water Cannon, a Beached Boat Wet Slide, a Palm Tree with Water Dumping Bananas as well as a Tiny Tulip Flower Spray. You can see pictures of the Water Park placed at the end of the condo slideshow. It’s sure to keep your little Bucketheads busy throughout your vacation.
Phoenix V is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the Gulf Coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.
This is a beach front condo. When you walk out onto the balcony you are looking right at the beautiful ocean!! There is balcony access from the living room and master bedroom!!
There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix V. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're BBQing. There is also free WIFI in the room.
Come relax on the spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master. There is also plenty of bedding with two Queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room for sleeping up to 8.
Also, we are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.
If you need an additional condo we have a 3br also on this 11th floor.
Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 2br unit you rent at PhoenixV guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

The kitchen had everything you'd need: crock pot, baking dishes, and plenty of miscellaneous kitchen gadgets. Great location: on the beach, near stores and restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the walk-in shower and double sinks.

Overall we had a great experience. The condo is well stocked and has everything you need. Some minor upkeep is needed (sliding door is hard to open, beds squeak, deep clean is needed, etc.). Nicely furnished and plenty of room for our family of four.

The Condo overall way great. Very clean, no problems. Other than there being only 1 paper towel roll and one trash bag for the entire stay. However, in the description details it did warn you to bring your own supplies that the condo would only supply so much. But I just assumed it would be more than one. The only true complaint I have is the outdoor pool and splash pad were not in working condition for our entire stay. I have a 2 and 3 year old. Therefore that is what we mostly were looking forward to.. however, they did love the beach. But that would be my only complaint for our stay.
