The staff were very friendly and accommodated a late check-in and, because I booked a room with a bath not a shower, they moved me to a room with a shower. The room facilities were fine for a work trip - the wifi is good and the guesthouse is close to everything in town. The only downside is that, although each room has a small patio area, there is no garden to sit in. There were not enough people who wanted breakfast so it wasn't available.
A garden area would be nice, but is not a dealbreaker.

It met expectations
A notice behind the door indicated that the fridge was stocked but we were told that it was the previous owner's notice.

Secure parking, safety and security gate access. Room was neat and tidy. Friendly staff. Tea, coffee station, small fridge, nice shower.
No breakfast offered, we did request. Room was very small, my two dogs travelled with us. Pet friendly unit requested, limited room and garden space, no closed private grass section for my dogs.
