The house was just as beautiful as in the photographs, full of character with plenty of space for 10 of us, children and adults, but at the same time it felt very cosy.
There was space on the property for 3 cars.
The location is perfect, quiet but just a 15 minute walk to the boulangerie in Magalas. The little village of Puissalicon is just 500m away.
A large supermarket a short drive.
We were so happy with the house and countryside, walking round the vineyards, (a little playground nearby for the young children) and cooking in the well-equipped kitchen that we spent most of the time ‘at home’. We did enjoy a visit to Pézenas though with its historic centre full of interesting artisan shops.
Ours was a winter break (the house was comfortably warm, both in the bedrooms and downstairs) but I’m sure the summer must be equally good and maybe in the future we can return to enjoy the swimming pool and barbecue.
We thoroughly enjoyed a special Christmas get-together and are grateful to the owner for making this possible.
