Die Wohnung ist geräumig. Das Bad ist gut ausgestattet. In der Küche findet man alle notwendigen Dinge. Die Lage ist ruhig mit reichlich Grün, weshalb es auch für Familien geeignet ist. Zum ein- und ausladen kann man vor der Tür parken. Danach muß das Auto auf den Parkplatz neben der Einfahrt.

Im Sommer ist der Schlafraum auf der Galerie sehr warm. Ein Ventilator über Küche und Wohnzimmer wäre gut.

Optisch ist die Wohnung wunderschön, auch wenn einiges schon in die Jahre gekommen ist!

Es war sehr kalt in der Wohnung. Lediglich das Bad ließ sich gut heizten, der Rest der Heizkörper in der Wohnung wurden nur mäßig warm und gluckerten ab und an! Vom Abstellraum und auch von den Fenstern zog es kühl heran! Zudem richt das ganze Treppenhaus sehr stark nach alten Zigaretten Rauch, was auch im Eingangsbereich der Wohnung bei geschlossener Tür zu riechen war!
