Preis-/Leistungs-Verhältnis war in Ordnung. Das Haus war gut ausgestattet, alles sauber.
Der Fernseher funktionierte zeitweise schlecht, aber es war nicht soooooooo schlimm.

I can't imagine nicer, more hospitals hosts. The flat itself is big and clean with plenty of sleeping options, a balcony, screened windows, a big shower, and a well-outfitted kitchen.
Most guests come in a car, and this is perfect for such travelers. You need to bring anything you want to eat/drink (e.g there's a coffee maker, but may not be coffee). Getting into town is a rather long walk, or a bus ride, but the buses don't always come or may come several minutes early. Again - perfect place for people coming by car or bike!
