The vacation home offers space for 4 people in its 65 m² of living space. The hallway on the first floor leads to the living area with kitchen. There you’ll find a seating area with a sofa and TV, as well as an open kitchen with a breakfast bar, equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, and electric kettle. If needed, the sofa can be quickly and easily converted into an extra sleeping space

From the living room, you have direct access to the balcony with outdoor furniture; it is partially covered, and there are awnings on both balconies. In the courtyard, there is a hot tub with 2 lounge chairs. Additionally, the first floor features a bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a washing machine and a hair dryer.

The two bedrooms and the second bathroom with a shower are located on the upper floor.
The first bedroom features a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and air conditioning. Another air conditioning unit is located in the hallway on the first floor. In front of the bedroom is a small balcony offering a magnificent view of the sea. The second bedroom has two single beds (two 90 x 200 cm beds) that can easily be pushed together.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

The house is located in a beautiful and quiet area outside the city center, yet close to everything. Kissenstrand is about 250 m away (through a park where you’ll also find a small adventure park for adults and children). It’s about 1,200 m to the town of Crikvenica, and you can reach the city center by walking along the beach promenade.

A larger shopping center is located about 100 meters away (if you drive, you’ll avoid the crowds in town), and there are also shopping centers, bars, restaurants, etc., near the house. A barbecue, air conditioning, and a hot tub are included in the price.
