About this apartment rental
This apartment is located in the most famous part of Crikvenica - Crni molo. It is only 60 meters from the pebble beach and 150 meters from the sandy beach. The exclusive features and the perfect location promise a breathtaking holiday will remain in the memory.
A small shop is located opposite the villa where you will find everything for your daily use. In addition, is still a cafe / restaurant. If you run along the promenade you will find of course a variety of restaurants, coffee bars, souvenir shops, bakeries and shops.
The apartment is on the second OG. It is 55 m "in size, has 2 bedrooms (one with double bed and the other with two single beds as can easily make together), bathroom, living room, kitchen, terrace and a hallway with cloakroom.
The bedrooms are separated from the living room and hallway separated by doors, noise prevention and privacy. In the living room there is a sofa bed. The apartment is for a maximum of 6 people. Air conditioning, satellite TV, washing machine, hair dryer, microwave, kitchen, cutlery and crockery, kettle, fridge, Internet via WLAN is available free of charge. The bedding is cleaned and disinfected.
On the property there is 1 parking space. An electric grill can be seen on request for a fee of 15 euros per week on site to book (voluntary, not mandatory).

The property is beautiful and had everything we needed for our (too short!) visit to this part of Croatia. We loved exploring the islands and Istria and felt right at home in
the neighborhood where the property is located. We especially appreciated our wonderful view, the clothes drying rack, quiet AC, a very comfortable bed and all the space available to put our things away and feel settled in. The ease of parking right in front was also a big plus.

Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen für eine Woche (September 2019) in der Villa Marija. Das Check in verlief ebenso wie der Check Out völlig reibungslos. Einfach anrufen und es kommt sofort jemand vorbei. Bei Fragen erhält man auch per Mail sofort Hilfe. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und entspricht völlig den Erwartungen. Bis zum Strand sind es 5 Minuten und bis zum Sandstrand mit Wasserpark und Rutschen ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind bequem mit dem Auto in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen und es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ausflugsziele sind ebenfalls viele vorhanden. Alles in allem ein perfekter Urlaub und wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wir haben im Juni/Juli 2019 das Appartment links ganz oben bewohnt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Toller Blick vom großen Balkon aufs Meer und die Insel Krk. Die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen - nicht mitten im Trubel, aber alles fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Der Ort Crikvenica bietet wirklich für Jeden genug Abwechslung. Die belebte Strandpromenade erreicht man nach etwa 15 - 20 Gehminuten (bei 30 Grad läuft man langsam). Zwei Strände (Sand/Kies oder Kies) erreicht man nach ca 10 Minuten - beide Strände sind sehr schön und bieten Snacks, Erfrischungen und Sport/Unterhaltung. Preise für Liegen sind identisch: 100 Kuna für 2 Liegen und 1 Schirm. Sehr praktisch ist der kleine Laden genau gegenüber vom Appartmenthaus - hier gibt es von allem etwas: Brötchen, Getränke, Eier etc. Der Laden hat auch Sonntags bis 13 geöffnet. Supermärkte sind mit dem Auto in 3 Minuten erreichbar, zu Fuß etwas schwieriger (Höhenunterschiede). Das Appartment entsprach optisch genau der Beschreibung und alles war sehr sauber. Wichtig: es werden keine Geschirrtücher zur Verfügung gestellt. Und ich dachte, dass bei einem 2-Wöchigen Aufenthalt die Handtücher einmal gewechselt werden. Das hätte dann extra gekostet. War aber kein großes Problem, da ich die Handtücher dann mit der vorhandenen Waschmaschine einfach selbst gewaschen habe. Zwei, drei andere Kleinigkeiten hatten noch gefehlt, die wir dann einfach selbst gekauft haben (Kehrset - Besen war zwar vorhanden aber wie auffegen?, Eierbecher, 2 Kochmesser) - laut der netten Damen beim Check-in/Check-out wird wohl auch hier gerne etwas von der Ausstattung mit nach Hause genommen. Kleines Manko: die Klimaanlage (kostet extra, Barzahlung in Euro bei Check-in) war sehr laut und müsste wohl mal überholt werden. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden gerne wiederkommen.
