We had the pleasure of staying at this property for Spring Break, March 2026. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. Our Host Eva was absolutely amazing. The home felt like a home away from home. She took such wonderful care for us leaving us snacks, muffins and cold bottled water in the fridge. The main living area and master bedroom were beautifully decorated, warm and all the amenities of "home". The master bath had plenty of towels both for showering and extra beach towels for the pool / beach. The outdoor spaces on the 2nd floor deck and under the house were beach house themed with plenty of areas to sit and relax, grill, listen to music, watch a movie and play corn hole and other activities. We thoroughly enjoyed our time staying here and have memories of a life time. We also brought our puppy and there were plenty of walking areas around the home and complex. There was an area near the front of the complex by the pool area to dispose of our puppy's bags and obtain additional bags while on walks. Eva was very attentive to ensure our stay was incredible. I would 100% come back to this home on our next visit to the Rockport / Corpus Christi area. Thank you again Eva!

The house was an excellent find. Well stocked and thought out, even had some great items for a toddler/baby. Host was very attentive and added a personal touch with snacks and drinks (human & k-9 ). Downstairs patio area was a huge plus with the pool just a few steps away. Can’t wait to go back.
