A spacious, light-filled 3-bedroom, 2-bath ranch with vaulted cathedral ceilings, an open-concept living/dining/kitchen, and a coastal palette of soft blues, sage greens, and warm wood. Recently updated with navy cabinetry, granite counters, and modern appliances — comfortable for 9 guests with a layout that flows.

• Bedroom 2: Queen bed, ceiling fan, bright and quiet
• Bedroom 3 (Kids' Room): Two bunk beds (sleeps 4) — the kids will fight for the top bunk
LIVING & GATHERING
Sink into the large sectional in the vaulted living room, gather around the big dining table for fresh-caught seafood, or pull up to the kitchen island for morning coffee. Two full bathrooms keep the morning rush moving.
THE BACKYARD — OUR FAVORITE PART
Fully fenced yard with a fire pit ringed by colorful Adirondack chairs, mature shade trees, and a covered front porch with seating. Storage shed for your fishing gear. Plenty of room for the dog to run.
