Emmastraat Vacation Home + Emmastraat Summer House
for up to 9–10 people
This vacation home and summer house are located in Katwijk aan Zee in an ideal and quiet setting, just one minute from the beach and the town center. The house is available for rent year-round, typically to families or couples.
During the peak season (July and August), there is a minimum rental period of seven days.
Emmastraat Vacation Home:
The living room features seating, a TV (102 cm with ARD/WDR/NDR/ZDF/RTL), Netflix
(NL) radio, a Blu-ray player, and wireless internet.
The kitchen is equipped with all household appliances, such as a stove, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker (Senseo), microwave, dishwasher, and electric kettle. There are three bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed; the second, smaller bedroom has a bunk bed for two people. The third bedroom is in the attic and has three single beds.
If needed, a fold-out bed can be set up in the double bedroom.
The modern bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet has been recently renovated.
The house also has a washing machine and a dryer. The terrace features a seating area with teak garden furniture, and an electric grill is available.
Emmastraat Summer House:
The summer house is located on Koningin Emmastraat in Katwijk aan Zee, ideally situated within walking distance of the shopping center, beach, and sea. The entryway of the summer house leads to the living room with an open kitchen and to the bathroom. The living room has laminate flooring. The open kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a gas stove, and a range hood. Kitchen utensils are provided, as well as a Senseo coffee maker and a kettle.
New: Central heating
The bathroom features a walk-in shower and a toilet.
The bedroom is located on the first floor. It features laminate flooring and a spacious built-in closet. The bed, two chairs, and the TV stand are made of reclaimed wood.
