All in all fine with parts not as advertised.
Inside the apartment, everything was in order. An extra plus: the beach umbrella and seats present in the room that you could use on the beach, if you so choose to.
Not necessarily about the property but the most important factor when choosing this apartment was the advertised view. Some of the photos in the offer have portrayed views from different rooms, while giving the impression that they’re for the room I stayed in. I expected a direct view at the sea, instead it was partly visible from a certain angle and right in the front we just had a different apartment building. The proximity is so close that you could see inside the rooms and viceversa. While the location was great, the view was not as advertised nor to our satisfaction. We won’t be returning.

Pobyt bardzo udany, polskie morze cudowne.
Apartament komfortowy, widok z okna wart milion dolarów, z panoramicznego okna apartamentu (nie ma balkonu) można obserwować morze non-stop, od rana do nocy, niesamowite przeżycie. Obiekt Arka oferuje wiele atrakcji i udogodnień dla gości. Tam nie można się nudzić, a przede wszystkim super lokalizacja - praktycznie przy morzu. Do centrum Kołobrzegu daleko - ale to dodatkowy plus, okolica sprzyja spacerom, a przechadzka do centrum po szerokim deptaku nikomu jeszcze nie zaszkodziła. Pełne wyżywienie można wykupić w restauracji hotelowej - jedzonko pyszne i obfite.
