La proximité de la plage, les équipements de l'appartement et le calme. La proximité des bus pour aller en centre-ville est très appréciable également.
La vue est quelque peu gâchée par les pylônes de la voie ferrée. Cependant, l'appartement est très bien insonorisé et on entend très peu les trains.

Při zapnuté klimatizací nebylo možné být na balkoně - ventilátor vyloženě topil, na nábytku a vybavení bylo vidět, že už má něco za sebou.

Die Lage war perfekt. Direkt am Meer und bis zum Zentrum von Cannes sind es 30 Minuten am Meer entlang zu Fuß. Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet. Uns hat es nichts gefehlt. Das ist außerdem ein geschlossenes Gelände, so dass keine fremde Personen auf das Territorium des Hauses inkl. Parkplätze/Garagen reinkommen.

Fantastic location right next to the beach and the train station. It’s really spacious, clean and a beautiful apartment overlooking the sea. What a view watching all the cruise liners come in each day. Brilliant aircon in both the living area and bedroom. Of a night the apartment is snug and cosy, just perfect after a day on the beach and an evening eating out in Cannes.
