The location offers good value for money, especially during Cannes Lions when accommodation prices are high. There are frequent buses into central Cannes, and both Cannes La Bocca and Le Bosquet train stations are within walking distance, making it easy to get around without a car. If you’re mainly looking for a place to sleep while spending your days elsewhere, it’s a practical and affordable option.

The apartment is privately sublet within a resort, so you are not actually a resort guest and the process feels a little disconnected. The biggest drawback is that the railway line runs immediately outside the ground-floor balcony, only about 10 metres away, with trains passing roughly every 10 minutes. Light sleepers may struggle despite the lower price reflecting this. The air conditioning did not seem to cool the apartment effectively, so it became warm and humid in late June. The furnishings felt rather random and the apartment lacked a cozy atmosphere. We found a pile of damp towels and bed linen in the cupboard, apparently left behind from previous guests, although we eventually found dry ones. We only received one set of keys, which was inconvenient for two people with different schedules. I had also requested parking in advance, but the host forgot to arrange it, so we had to pay for parking elsewhere. Check-in and checkout instructions were somewhat confusing, with the keys needing to be returned to a mailbox in a different building, and I never met the host or any staff in person.

Es war alles schön sauber, großzügig eingerichtet es hat an nichts gemangelt. Lage war toll und auch das der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ermöglicht wurde war ein sehr guter Bonus. Die Kontakt Aufnahme lief super einfach und es wurde sich perfekt um uns gekümmert. Vielen Dank.

Locatie was perfect

Tijdens mijn verblijf in het appartement ben ik op meerdere ongemakken gestuit. De lakens bleken te klein voor het bed, er waren geen propere doekjes beschikbaar om schoon te maken, en bovendien werkte de wasmachine niet, waardoor ik genoodzaakt was om mijn wasgoed met de hand te reinigen. Het appartement bevond zich aan de zijde van het spoor, waar treinen frequent passeerden, wat voor aanzienlijke geluidsoverlast zorgde. Daarnaast was er geen airconditioning aanwezig in de kamer, wat het comfort tijdens warme dagen aanzienlijk verminderde. Gelukkig had ik zelf een draagbare ventilator meegebracht, wat enige verlichting bood.
