Beautiful village house with private pool and enclosed garden, rated 4 stars.
Ideally located, along the avenue leading to the city center of Cuers, a beautiful village between hills and valleys, 15 minutes from Toulon and 20km from the fine sandy beaches of the Mediterranean, perfect to enjoy the proximity of the sea and the tranquility of the Var hinterland.

On the first floor, you will find a large living room of 55m2 with a large American kitchen, opening onto a large living room very well fitted out and tastefully decorated in a "loft" spirit, combining modern equipment and the warmth of the exposed beams of the old buildings.
This large room is largely open to the garden and the swimming pool, which allows the whole family to cool off or rest. It has a large TV, a connected hi-fi system, a DVD player, internet (free wifi).
A separate toilet is also on the first floor.

On the 1st floor, 3 bedrooms for 2 people, a bathroom with shower and a toilet.
On the 2nd and last level, 1 large bedroom with 2 beds of 90 + 1 cot, with bathroom and also the laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
The entire house is equipped with reversible air conditioning.
An outdoor patio with table and chairs, gas BBQ.
A garden with coffee tables (2), sunbeds (2), sun loungers (8).

We provide you with household linen (bed linen, a 100x150 bath towel per person, a dishcloth and a hand towel) and the beds are made on your arrival.
We ensure the cleaning at the end of the stay if the house is in order, the beds unmade, the linen folded and left at the foot of the bed in each room, the dishes done and put away and the bins emptied.
Our house is not accessible to people with reduced mobility (no room on the first floor).

Electricity: included in the price.

If the house is close to the main street, it is quiet in the evening and a little busier during the day.
The house does not have a private parking lot, but it is possible to park on the street or in the surrounding streets.

Set off on foot to enjoy the sweetness of life in Cuers, a very picturesque old hilltop village with winding streets, from where you will have a breathtaking view of the classified vineyards of the famous Côtes de Provence (AOC), several wine estates will offer you to taste it.
Don't forget to visit the local oil mill and taste its small green or black olives.
Take the beautiful hiking trails that await you, on foot or by bike.
And above all, don't miss Hyères, 19km away, which offers nearly 40km of fine sandy beaches and rocky and wild coves, where you will embark on a visit to the famous Golden Islands (Porqueroles, Port Cros...) which face it.
Other charming little villages are to be discovered in the vicinity such as Sollies Pont (5 km), famous for its "Violette", an excellent local fig, Forcalqueiret (12 km), a paradise for fishermen, Collobrières and its chestnut cream.
