Apartamento Madrid Retiro M-30

La ubicación excelente una zona muy tranquila, súper y estación del metro muy cercano, la comunicación con el dueño, excelente me explico todas las cosas, y flexible en horarios de entrada y salida, me recomendó cosas que podíamos visitar. Muy bien espacio éramos 6 personas y muy cómodo todo.

Boa acomodação, bom custo benefício, anfitrião atencioso, só gostaria de deixar uma dica, pra limpar também á área externa

Eu adoramos tudo, chegamos muito atrasados (voo atrasado, sem Internet no celular, chuva, um portunhol sofrido etc) e ainda assim o pobre do rapaz estava aguardando, com paciência, sem julgamento. Foi muito acolhedor! O sr Ignacio igualmente me socorrendo por mensagens, muito atencioso e sempre com excelentes dicas! Apartamento acolhedor, completo e com excelente localização: metrô, lojas para comprar chip para celular, supermercado (de verdade!!!), padaria, hortifruti, restaurantes etc Se você precisar de algo, certamente não terá dificuldade em conseguir. Ah, o apartamento tem aquecedor em todos os cômodos! Queremos retornar com mais calma e torcendo para conseguir ficar no mesmo apartamento. Super recomendamos!

Near by metro and supermarket. The location was great

This is the first and definitely the last time I book an apartment that doesn’t have self check in, because the experience was horrible. We weren’t sure when we will come and I told that to the person, when we were at the airport I told him we will be in 20minutes. We came to the apartment and he told us that no one is there. I called him and texted him but he wouldn’t answer. After some time he gave us his WhatsApp we called him on there, and he wouldn’t pick up. After many calls he told us the person would come in 30minutes. At the end we waited outside the house for over an hour. (At 20 o’clock) When the person finally came the apartment was insanely cold. The sheets were dirty and didn’t have covers, so you could see yellow spots on it.
