About this house rental
The Lodge is a welcoming two-storey cottage with water views of Lake Erie. Wake up to the sound of the waves and the birds in the trees. Feel energized by the fresh water air. Enjoy the white sands of Long Beach. Have an outdoor evening fire by the lake, or on the property with a variety of firepits. After a day at the beach enjoy the large patio area, shaded under a sprawling oak tree.
The main floor has an open concept kitchen with a large island and built in appliances. The dining room sits 6. A huge, vaulted ceiling living room has open views from the second floor and skylights. A foosball table provides hours of play. A large queen bedroom is also on the main floor, as well as a 4-pcs bathroom. The second floor has a huge master bedroom with connected 3-pcs ensuite and a third bedroom with double and single beds,. The cottage sleeps 7.

Our visit to Bracewood cottages (we stayed at The Lodge) was fabulous. The location was perfect (~ 20 min from Port Colborne). Only a very short walk to the beach (less than 1 min). The beach area in front of the property was very clean and was private. We also enjoyed the camp fire on the beach. The cottage was as listed - big and spacious with all amenities. The hosts Samantha and Dave were great. We had a fabulous time and if spots are open next year, we will be coming back here.

The cottage is only steps away from the beach. The sunsets were beautiful while enjoying a fire.
The cottage was perfect for our group of 7. We experienced very hot weather so bring fans as the cottage was very hot.
A phenomenal family take out restaurant walking distance.
Our children loved the week away and the climbing structures were an added bonus for their entertainment

Big house, nice beach, takeout nearby, great cycling, and 45 minutes from home (3 hrs. by bike.) Owners very conscientious and responsive.

The cottage was very nice. Just a minute walk to the beach which was beautiful. We were able to have fires on the beach as there were already cut-off barrels on the beach for the fires. It was so relaxing. We were a group of 3 couples and we all loved it!
