Bright and cheery four season cottage short walk to the beach in the charming village of Port Maitland, where the Grand River flows into Lake Erie. The charm of a century old cottage has been carefully restored and paired with beautiful modern furniture and art. First time exploring the Dunville/ Lake Erie area. Beautiful scenic drives, a wonderful provincial park (James Allen). An idealic drive to the Niagara Falls. None of the rush. The cottage is well appointed, and has everything you need. If you are looking for a serene getaway in the country within 10 min of a beautiful quiet beach this is a great spot. I have toured this part of our province and I learned a lot. The Grand River empties right here! Comfy beds await after busy days. Turn back the clock to washing dishes and taking a slower pace of life, chat and catch up, play board games or watch TV after a day at the beach! Well worth the visit.

Our company used this property as an alternative to the local motels in the area. Beautifully clean and comfortable accommodations that impressed our employee and provided a very nice experience during her visit to Dunnville. We will use this property again when we have similar business visits to our local manufacturing facility.

What a lovely little spot to call "home" for a couple of days. We were in town for a funeral and the lovely thoughtful touches like hair towels and eye masks made for a relaxing and restorative home base. Would definitely book again.
