Semi detached house with community pool 5 minutes from the beach:
Cozy semi-detached house for four people two minutes walk from the magnificent beach of Torre Valentina. Decorated in a marine style, it has a kitchen, living / dining room with access to a terrace that offers a lot of privacy, a double room with access to a balcony, one with two single beds, a full bathroom. The terrace is equipped with table, chairs, outdoor lighting and barbecue to enjoy lunch or dinner outdoors. The house is located in a very small community with a community pool.
Additional information:
A cot and high chair can be provided upon request.
No smoking allowed in the house .
Well trained pets are welcome - max 1.
Bed linen and towels (2 per person) are included in the price for all guests.
Groups of young people under 25 and parties are not allowed in this house. Families and couples looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday are more than welcome.
Before your arrival, it is mandatory to complete the online check-in by providing the information required under the Real Decreto 933/2021. If you would like to receive more information about this regulation and the data it requires, we will be happy to assist you.
The tourist tax is not included in the booking price. It will be charged according to the rate in force at the time of check-in.

La ubicación de la casa perfecta y la limpieza también. Buscábamos playa y tranquilidad y lo encontramos!!! sólo mencionar que para ser excelente a la casa le falta un poco de mantenimiento en aspectos generales como el baño, pintura, marquetería de puertas y ventanas… pero no ha impedido el disfrutar de unos días fantásticos. Intentaremos volver

La casa está muy bien, como se ve en las fotos. Muy buena localización y la piscina comunitaria es perfecta. Barrio silencioso y con todas las comodidades. En la llegada y la salida fue muy fácil todo. Es perfecto para familias. Únicamente mencionar que necesitaría algún arreglillo menor en las habitaciones, pero lo recomiendo sin duda!

Hem estat molt ben atesos tant per la Vera com pel Marc. Molt aprop de la platja, una casa acollidora, i amb la piscina fantastica per nens i grans.
