You cannot beat this location, especially if you are looking to avoid a daily StairMaster ;)
The apartment is well maintained and very comfortable. The bed is very comfortable, I slept like a champ. I spent many an hour on the perfect little balcony overlooking a little courtyard. Good spot for people watching the locals.
Some mention the stairs. We had no issues, but if you have small children or mobility issues, you could find issue.
There was some construction noise, but this of course can’t be helped sometimes in historical areas.

Great location near the harbour. Spacious with good flow in the living space. Lovely view of church from the balcony. Cute cats
Quite a bit of motorbike traffic under the balcony. Side widow/ balconied overlooked hotel balconies in side street
