Overall an ok stay as it was only for one night, didn't use any of the sporting facilities

Contactless check in was great due to our late arrival which made planning more easy

I didn't have a single interaction with staff during our stay, no acknowledgement or even a good morning at breakfast, reception was not occupied either.

Very bad experience

Location near highway

Difficult to find the room in the middle of the night. You need to walk far from parking to hotelroom, and if you have kids and a lot of luggage this is difficult. The room was really hot and felt inside like the door had not been opened for weeks for some fresh air. Inside the room was dirty, especially the bathroom shower was disgusting with hairs. Breakfast was untill 09:30 and at 09:15 they started to clean up the breakfast without asking if we wanted something. Also no one seemed to care about is or even say hello. At reception there was no one to be found when I wanted to ask for the invoice. The cleaners did not seem to speak any language or had any interest in talking to its customers. I paid €150 for 5 hours of sleep, that’s all I got. The rest was terribly.

Basic location for a one night stay.

Basic hotel for a stop to Italy. Good beds and breakfast.

The location at an industry site is not very charming. Surroundings are a bit badly maintained. Pictures on website look better than real. Restaurant was closed.

No air conditioning. It was hot at night even with fan on. Children couldn't sleep due to heat. That's our experience.

Seek other options for your stay if you are coming during hot days.

Breakfast is reasonably good.

Rooms do not have an AC or a fan, which makes staying during summer extremely uncomfortable. More than that, while the room does have an opening window, it is somewhat airtight-isolated from the rest of the hotel. Absolutely zero airflow, even if the window is wide open. The only way to fix that is to open the room door. The window has some sort of mosquito net, but it was not helpful, as large bugs were still able to get into my room in the evening.

I enjoyed long walks, the town and stay.

The staff were helpful. I enjoyed my breakfast and evening meal. The Pilates teacher was good.

There is no co-ordination albeit clarity between the leisure facilities and the hotel. I paid for pilates but could not use the gym et cetera. Hotel reception were unable to print out my boarding pass for my flight. This is a staff training issue and needs attention.

Nice place but racist sign at pool

Receptionist was very friend and greeted us well. Had a lot of sports facilities like indoor tennis and squash.

The biggest turnoff that hit me quite hard was the sign outside the pool giving the rules of the pool. The #1 thing said that 'swimwear necessary, no burkini's allowed' as if the burkini is not swimwear. As a Muslim American I was shocked at the racism and specific target of Muslims. I have never seen such a sign in America and if that ever was posted they would be sued. I hope they change this clear racist policy. Thanks

Just avoid totally worthless,

1 On the day of arrival and whole of next day we were staying on 4th floor and room for toilet was given on 1st floor so with 2 kids on hot day of 39 C we were going across the floors for the toilet. 2 The toilet fixed on the 2nd day of stay was broken in 2 hours and whole day we again had to goto 1st floor from 4th floor for toilet, we were given another room on the same floor to use the toilets at the other end of the floor, so NO alternate room was given. We were clearly told " we have guests that willl check-in and so we cannot change your room" , which to me seems like you have checked in and now you are doomed and you are less important than new guests that will check-in. 3 On the last day of stay while we were at europak whole day but in the morning we had to flip through rooms and floors for toilet, it was fixed may be sometimes during the day. All in All as per Belgian standards this is clearly deficiency in service and I m planning to goto Consumer court with Booking.com as Party , Toilet is a basic necessity and it is not something that you can live without or compromise at 39C with 2 kids. I would have expected a call atleast from booking.com but it seems that there is no more interest of any kind to take care of customers, just sell cheap hotels at higher prices and move on.

I will not return - this place is poorly managed

Staff was friendly, room basic but clean, pool (although it was not clear when booked that it is not always available to hotel guests as it is shared with a fitness center)

There was no info on how to enter the hotel after closing time at 10:00 pm. So I have been trying in vain to find the night door (and I learned that I was not the only lost tourist out there). A simple drawing handed out at reception would have done the trick and avoided much desperation. Also missing: the friendly touch of having some info in the room on opening hours for breakfast, the restaurant, the pool etc., what you can do in the beautiful area. Rather horrid location of the hotel near station. Maybe a hot water kettle and coffee/tea in the room info about WLAN all the loving touches.
